Prepara

PREPARA is a water-based product, with a water-based acrylic resin base, for impregnating the surface of wall surfaces, suitable for exterior and interior painting systems. PREPARA features good throwing power, and is capable of saturating even the microscopic hair cracking on the surface of plastering with a low level of absorption. Being pigmented, PREPARA provides a certain degree of hiding power so that a subsequent finish becomes superfluous. Its use is not recommended on gesso and plasterboard, and on previously painted surfaces featuring thick layers of old distemper. Employment The product can be applied on new or painted surfaces: -Cement-based surfaces: mortar and cement plaster, concrete, and on any cement-based plaster in general -Lime mortar and cement lime mortar plaster with air-hardening lime and sand base. Its use is not recommended on stucco, gesso and plasterboard, and on previously painted surfaces featuring thick layers of old distemper.    

Thinning: applying with a brush/roller coating with max. 5% water; when spraying, with max. 15% water.

Indicative spreading rate:8-10m²/l per coat based on surfaces featuring average absorption.
