Marcotherm Primer

MARCOTHERM PRIMER is a high penetration water soluble sealant suitable for the impregnation and strengthening of indoor and outdoor mineral surfaces. It is particularly suitable as a base for thick plastic coverings. The product evidences the eventual presence of the supports’ residual moisture not achieving the hiding power. Formulated with polymers with very fine particles, it has a high penetrating power able to consolidate wall surfaces already varnished. MARCOTHERM PRIMER improves cohesion and evens the absorption of the support, creating ideal anchorage for subsequent coats of paint. MARCOTHERM PRIMER is particularly suitable as base for decorative coats (Grassello di calce, Marmorino classico, Stucco veneziano) in presence of non homogeneous surfaces, fillers, patches, to even the covering support.

Tools: brush, roller.

Number of coats: 1-2 coats, wet on wet.

Diluting: 20-50% with water, dependig on the support surfaces absorption.

Indicative spreading rate: 8-10 m²/l.
